Recurring Services
Our services are provided on a recurring monthly basis under ongoing business service arrangements.
Clients may cancel recurring services by providing written notice in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Clients wishing to cancel recurring services should provide a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy
Payments made for recurring monthly services are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

- Services could not be delivered due to operational issues directly caused by us
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.
Service Suspension
Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in temporary suspension or termination of services.
Custom & Project-Based Services
Custom infrastructure work, project-based services, setup fees, and specialised operational services may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
Any applicable refund terms for custom services will be outlined separately within the service agreement or quotation.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, where applicable, are generally processed within a reasonable operational timeframe.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
